2. Equipment detailed description and features:
The integrated and compact hydrogen generating system by water electrolysis, which has been developed and manufactured by "GH" with capacity 45Nm3/h of H2 product. The system is very compact with good performance and high operational reliability. The followings describe the main components and their function in the hydrogen generating system by water electrolysis.
2.1 Generating of hydrogen:
The hydrogen will be generated through H2 generation, in which there are the following components with corresponding functions.
2.2 Automatic control system for hydrogen generation system by water electrolysis:
A monitoring system in hydrogen plant consists of HMI, control cabinet and primary instruments, etc.
2.3 H2 gas leakage detection system:
The H2 gas leakage should be detected all the time automatically for the hydrogen generating system. Supposing there is any H2 gas leakage happened, the detector will immediately send a signal to control program to trip the hydrogen generating system the operator could use portable hydrogen leakage detector to monitor the hydrogen leakage or not. These measures can be assured to protect the hydrogen generating room from hydrogen accumulated for safety and reliability.
